JobsYahan reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You will be notified of significant changes via your registered email address, user account, or other contact methods. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your account by following the provided instructions.
a. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the JobsYahan Platform.b. Contact Information: A valid email address or a valid mobile number or both may be required for registration as the case may be.c. Account Verification: Only users with verified accounts can use the platform for intended usages as mentioned below in this policy.
a. Accurate Information: Users agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.b. Single Account: Users are discouraged from creating or operating multiple user accounts.c. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify JobsYahan immediately of any unauthorised access or security breaches. JobsYahan is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.
a. Intended Usage: Users accessing the JobsYahan platform are expected to utilise the services for their intended purpose, which is to facilitate connections between job seekers and employers or recruiters. Job seekers are expected to use the platform to discover and apply for relevant job opportunities, while employers and recruiters are to use the platform to post job openings and search for suitable candidates.b. User Participation: Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering and updating their profiles.i. Job seekers are required to share their educational background, skills, and relevant experience, ensuring that potential employers receive reliable information for evaluating candidates. Any false or misleading information shared by users may lead to account suspension or termination without prior notice, as it can harm the credibility of the platform and its services.ii. Employers and recruiters, on the other hand, are responsible for ensuring that job postings are accurate and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws. JobsYahan does not endorse any form of bias or discrimination in job postings but acknowledges that certain roles may have specific requirements based on gender, location, or qualifications, as determined by the posting employer. However, the platform encourages all employers to promote equal opportunity in their hiring practices.c. Maintaining Account Security: Users must safeguard their account credentials and promptly report any unauthorised access or security breaches. JobsYahan will not be responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their account.d. Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in any actions that compromise the integrity of the platform, such as using bots, hacks, or other unauthorised software. Additionally, users are prohibited from posting defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content, harassing others, or engaging in any illegal activities.e. Appropriate Communication: Users are expected to engage in professional and respectful communication, whether applying for jobs or posting job openings. Any communication that violates legal or ethical standards may result in penalties, including the suspension or termination of user accounts.f. Single Account Rule: Each user is allowed only one account on JobsYahan. Registering multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account deactivation.
All content on the JobsYahan Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, images, and text, is the property of JobsYahan and is protected by intellectual property laws prevailing in India. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our explicit permission.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. JobsYahan does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party, and JobsYahan is not liable for any issues arising from such interactions.
a. Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), UPI and Digital Wallets (Bhim, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe), and Net Banking powered by a RBI recognised payments service provider.b. Security: All transactions are secured using SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards.c. Nature & Refundability: Payments for all paid features and offerings on JobsYahan are taken 100% in advance and are non-refundable unless a technical error occurs.d. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for double payments, incorrect billing, failed transactions due to system errors, or unauthorised charges. These refunds are generated on an automated basis. Requests may also be submitted on payments@jobsyahan.com within 7 days of the transaction with the necessary details in case of any discrepancy.e. Refund Process: Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2 to 5 business days. For delays and discrepancies users can write to payments@jobsyahan.com with the necessary details.f. Subscriptions: Auto-renewal (wherever selected by the user) applies to subscription-based services unless cancelled 48 hours before the renewal date. Failure to cancel within this window will result in non-refundable charges for the next billing cycle.
a. Risk of Use: Accessing and using the Platform is at your own risk. JobsYahan is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Platform.b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold JobsYahan harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.c. No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. JobsYahan does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Platform.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate legal authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JobsYahan regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
