JobsYahan platform deta hai space kisi bhi person ko jo iska verified account rakhta hai ki wo dekh sake aur apply kar sake jobs ke liye, aur access kar sake aur participate kar sake us service mein jo ye provide karta hai. JobsYahan pe jobs post kiye jaate hain third parties dwara jo ki related ya affiliated nahi ho sakte iske saath.

Us case mein agar koi user in Terms of Service ka breach karta hai ya JobsYahan ko lagta hai ki user ne illegally ya improperly use kiya hai iska platform ya services, to bina kisi prior notice diye aise user ko, JobsYahan ke paas right hai restrict, suspend ya terminate karne ka aise user ke account ko apne platform se, aur aage, hum technical aur legal steps bhi le sakte hain, agar zaroorat padi.

Participation
Agar users JobsYahan platform visit karte hain, to wo dekh aur apply kar sakte hain jobs ke liye jo post kiye gaye hain employers dwara apni respective companies ke liye.
Jobs ko view ya apply karne ke liye, users ko mention karna hoga kuch information jaise ki unki education, qualifications, past experience aur skills. Meanwhile, JobsYahan kisi bhi form of gender discrimination ko encourage nahi karta, lekin kuch jobs gender-specific ho sakte hain aur available ho sakte hain sirf specific gender ke logon ke liye. Users ko allow nahi kiya jaata change/modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display or exploit karne ka koi bhi material ya content on JobsYahan without its permission.
Users solely responsible hain saare material ya content ke liye jo wo upload karte hain post, e-mail, aur transmit karte hain JobsYahan platform pe. Har user represents aur warrants karta hai ki wo own karte hain saare rights of content, jo kisi bhi third-party rights ka infringement nahi karti. Users agree karte hain ki bina kisi third party ki permission ke, wo kisi bhi third party ke names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights ka use ya display nahi karenge JobsYahan pe. Agar users ne kisi third-party intellectual property rights ka use kiya ho aur aise third-party ne unke khilaf complaint ki ho, to users agree karte hain ki wo compensate karenge saare costs under copyrights.
Saare names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights jo hain JobsYahan pe associated with kisi bhi user, entity ya third party ko mana jayega as proprietary to the respective user aur agar koi controversy uthta hai in contents ke khilaaf, to user hi solely responsible hoga is controversy ke liye.
Third Party Sites, Services aur Products
JobsYahan kuch third-party links ya sites provide kar sakta hai apne platform pe. JobsYahan ke paas control nahi hota hai un links ya sites pe except uske apne platform ke, isliye wo subjected nahi ho sakta un third party links ya sites dwara provide kiye gaye content ke liye. JobsYahan ko third-party links ya sites ke liye space provide karna ka matlab ye nahi hai ki wo unhe endorse karta hai.

User Conduct
Users agree karte hain JobsYahan ke terms and conditions aur saare dusre rules and regulations aur terms of use follow karne ke liye. Agar users inhe nahi follow karte to JobsYahan ke paas sole aur absolute authority hai necessary actions lene ki. Inme shamil hai restricting, suspending, ya terminating the user's access to JobsYahan platform.
Users agree karte hain sahi, accurate, current aur complete information dene ki registration ke time aur saare dusre times pe (as required by JobsYahan). Users agree karte hain ki wo JobsYahan ko immediately batayenge agar koi unauthorised person unke password ya account use karne ki koshish karta hai ya kisi bhi type ka security breach hota hai.
Users agree karte hain ki wo log-out kar lenge apne account se jab use kar lenge. Agar users log out karna bhool jaate hain aur koi loss ya damage hota hai, to JobsYahan responsible nahi hoga iske liye.
Users comply karenge ki wo cheats, exploits, automation, software, bots, hacks ya koi unauthorized third-party software use nahi karenge jo modify ya interfere kare JobsYahan services se ya aisi activity me help kare.
Users agree karte hain ki wo copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, transfer any right to the technology underlying JobsYahan platform nahi karenge.
Users agree karte hain ki wo koshish nahi karenge access karne ki dusre users ke accounts, servers, aur networks jo connected hain JobsYahan platform se.
Users agree karte hain ki wo koi aisa content publish nahi karenge jiska purpose ho kisi person, entity ya agency ko mislead ya harass karna financial gain ke liye ya kisi bhi person ko injury padhane ke liye.

Download karne ke liye koi bhi file, recompile ya disassemble karna jo affect kar sake humara product jise aap jaante ho ki legally is tarah obtain nahi kiya ja sakta.
Kisi bhi user ko rokna ya restrict karna humare public area ka use karne se humare sites par.
Kisi bhi user ki personal information collect ya store karna.
JobsYahan platform/services/networks ko interfere ya disrupt karna.
Koi bhi aisa action lena jo major load daale JobsYahan platform par.
Kisi bhi illegal activities me engage hona.
Agar users koi aisa username choose karte hain jo appropriate, aur decent nahi hai, ya ek aisa naam jo kisi official team/league/franchise ka naam hai aur/ya kisi sporting personality ka naam hai aur jo JobsYahan ko public disparagement ya scorn ki taraf le ja sakta hai, to ye powers exercise kar sakta hai delete ya restrict karne ke bina koi prior notice diye.
Users agree karte hain ki wo JobsYahan platform ko sirf us interface ke through hi visit karenge jo iske dwara provide ki gayi hai. JobsYahan platform ka koi bhi unauthorised access in terms and conditions ka breach maana jayega aur ek violation of the law.
JobsYahan platform ka use governments ke existing laws aur legal processes ke adhin hai. Jo bhi in terms and conditions ke under aata hai JobsYahan ka woh government ke existing laws ke compliant hoga.
18 saal se kam umar ke users ko JobsYahan platform use karne ki ijazat nahi hai. JobsYahan par register hone ke liye interested users se unki age certificate submit karwai jayegi. Agar koi user apni umar ke baare me jhoothi information deta hai, to JobsYahan responsible nahi hoga agar government us individual ke khilaaf koi legal action leta hai.

Eligibility
18 saal se upar ki umar ke log eligible hain JobsYahan platform par register hone ke liye.

Jo users successfully register ho gaye hain woh job posts dekh sakte hain aur JobsYahan platform par jobs ke liye apply kar sakte hain.
Dispute aur Dispute Resolution
Agar koi dispute hota hai users aur JobsYahan ke beech JobsYahan dwara provide ki gayi service ki wajah se, to dono parties ko koshish karni chaahiye aise disputes ko amicably settle karne ki.
Release aur Limitations of Liability
Users agree karte hain ki wo JobsYahan dwara provide ki gayi service access karenge apne hi risk par. Agar unka account kisi bhi circumstances me kho jaata hai ya damage ho jaata hai service access karte waqt, to JobsYahan responsible nahi hoga iske liye.
Users agree karte hain ki wo JobsYahan platform ko indemnify karenge jab wo iske services use kar rahe honge saari liability, cost, loss ya expense ke khilaaf jo arise ho JobsYahan platform access karne se.
