Job Responsibilities

- Installation of Lighting arrester on Cell Tower

- Hands-on experience is MUST

- Perform acceptance testing of work performed.

- Work closely with the RF Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest technology and support techniques.

- Provide feedback to the support team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

- Must be male.

- Must hold a diploma obtained after completing 12th grade.

- Must have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

- Strong understanding of technical equipment used in the IT sector.

- Per day travel would be 120-150KMS

- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

- Must be willing to work in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

- Must be able to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals.

- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them effectively in a support context.
