Job Responsibilities:

- Cleaning the office area and keeping it well-maintained.

- Assisting in organizing and maintaining office common areas.

- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

- Handling incoming calls and other communications.

- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

- Managing filing system, recording information as needed.

- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

- Helping with special projects when required.

Job Requirements:

- At least 0 years of experience in office assistance or a similar role.

- 10th pass in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
