We are seeking a dedicated Office Boy to join our Boarding Crew at Haldiram in Puthiyan berikheda Lakhana, Etawah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office premises, assisting with basic administrative tasks, and ensuring a comfortable environment for both staff and visitors. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our daily activities within the hospitality sector.

Job Responsibilities:

- Clean office areas and meeting rooms to maintain a tidy and professional environment.

- Assist in setting up conference rooms or event spaces as needed.

- Deliver and distribute mail and documents within the office premises.

- Prepare and serve beverages to staff and guests when required.

- Help with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as directed.

- Maintain office equipment and report any malfunctions to management.

- Ensure pantry and restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.

- Perform errands that assist daily functions, such as purchasing office supplies and running necessary outdoor tasks.

Job Requirements:

- A proactive and cooperative attitude towards work.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of office equipment and hygiene standards.

- At least 0 years of experience in office assistance or a similar role.

- 12th pass in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

- Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with staff and visitors.

- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and manage minor lifting duties.
