Deserve Career Care Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team in the banking, financial services, and insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, informing them about our financial products and services, and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities and requires excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

- Answer questions about products or the company.

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

- Enter and update customer information in the database.

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.

- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and telephone systems.

- At least 5 years of experience in the field of sales, preferably in the banking, financial services, and insurance sector.

- Excellent knowledge of English and the local language.

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

- graduate in the field of sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
