Job Description:

4. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and convincing them to make a purchase.

5. You will be provided with a script and training to ensure that you have all the necessary information to effectively promote our products.

6. Building and maintaining a strong rapport with customers is crucial in this role, as you will be required to answer their queries and provide excellent customer service.

7. You will also be responsible for updating customer information, maintaining a record of calls made, and following up with potential leads.

Job Requirements:

1. We are hiring for both male and female candidates.

3. Excellent communication skills in English and the local language are essential.
