Job Description:

2. Job Location: 165, Civil Lines. Station Road, Bareilly.

3. We are hiring for both male and female candidates.

4. As an Education Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling educational programs and courses offered by the company.

5. You will be responsible for counseling prospective students and guiding them through the admission process.

6. Conducting informative presentations and seminars to generate interest among potential students will also be part of your role.

7. Building and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutes will be crucial for effective outreach.

8. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies and plans to increase sales and achieve targets.

9. Providing timely and accurate information to prospective students and addressing their queries and concerns.

10. Keeping track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Counselor or in a similar sales role in the education sector.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and educational institutions.

3. Good knowledge of educational programs and courses.

4. Ability to understand and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

5. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

7. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in any discipline will be preferred.

8. Fluency in English and regional language(s) is mandatory.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is 10000-15000 based on qualifications and experience.
