Job Title: Bus Captain

Job Description:

- Kutumbh Care Pvt Ltd. is hiring for the position of Bus Captain in the Boarding Crew department.

- Job Location: Tamil Nadu, India.

- We are hiring for both male and female candidates.

- As a Bus Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers traveling on our buses.

- Greet passengers, assist with luggage, and provide directions or information as needed.

- Collect fares and issue tickets to passengers.

- Ensure that all passengers are seated and secure before departure.

- Drive the bus along designated routes, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.

- Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and control centers using radios or other communication devices.

- Handle any passenger concerns or emergencies with professionalism and calmness.

- Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior, including regular cleaning and restocking of amenities.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working order.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including punctuality and appearance standards.

Job Requirements:

- Must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a passenger endorsement.

- Minimum 0-2_years of experience as a bus driver or in a similar role.

- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage if required.

- Basic computer skills for ticketing and communication purposes.

- Fluency in regional languages and English is preferred.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is 15000-18000.
