Roles and Responsibilities

Manage cash transactions with customers using cash registers.
Scan goods and collect payments.
Ensure pricing is accurate.
Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift.
Process returns and check to see if items are damaged.
Resolve customer complaints and guide them to the appropriate department if necessary.
Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area.
