Job Description:

Client of Kutumbh Care Pvt Ltd., a dynamic player in the Media & Entertainment sector, is seeking an Operations Executive to join its Operations Department. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations within the company. The ideal candidate will be tasked with overseeing daily activities, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to the overall success of our operations in Haryana, India.

2. Monthly Salary: ₹ 50,000

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operational tasks to ensure the company's workflow is efficient and effective.

- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate streamlined operations.

- Implement and maintain operational best practices, seeking to improve operational systems, processes, and policies.

- Monitor and manage operational budgets to ensure financial efficiency.

- Analyze data and use this information to enhance operational performance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.

- Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity and implement and manage operational plans.

Job Requirements:

- 2-6 years of experience in the Media & Entertainment industry, particularly in operations.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
