Job Description:

- Vivacious is hiring for an Office Assistant position in the Sales department. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team in the Banking Financial Services and Insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing paperwork, documents, and files related to client accounts and sales transactions.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

- Maintain and update customer databases and ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information.

- Prepare and distribute sales-related reports, presentations, and correspondence.

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication between sales and support functions.

- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling mail and deliveries.

Job Requirements:

- We are hiring for both male and female candidates.

- Required experience: 1-3 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the banking, financial services, or insurance sector.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong computer skills are essential.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is 13000-15000.
