Job Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and report manufacturing data to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.

- Develop and maintain MIS reports and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Coordinate with different departments to gather data and provide comprehensive insights.

- Identify trends and patterns in data, and suggest improvements to enhance manufacturing processes.

- Manage databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to ensure that accurate information is accessible.

- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor expenses against the budget.

- Train and support team members in the use of MIS tools and reporting systems.

Job Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles, preferably in the Automotive or Manufacturing sector.

- Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with database management.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present data and insights.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
